Corechain Solution LLC operates a directory of verified fraud-recovery professionals. We are responsible for personal information collected through this website. Our office is at 1500 Market Street, Suite 1200, Philadelphia, PA 19102.

We collect only what we need to run the directory and respond to you:

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic and your message.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the date you subscribed.
• Usage data: pages visited, device type, approximate location (city level) and referring site, collected through Google Tag Manager and analytics tools when enabled.
• Professional data: for listed professionals, the identity, licence and business details collected during verification, under a separate listing agreement.
• We do not ask for, and you should never send, account passwords, private keys, seed phrases or full card numbers.

We use personal data to:

• Reply to enquiries, complaints and listing applications.
• Send the newsletter you asked for. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
• Investigate reports about listed professionals and recovery scams, and keep the directory accurate.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent for newsletter emails and non-essential cookies, on our legitimate interest in operating a safe directory for enquiries and complaint handling, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider (Vercel), our email provider (Resend) and analytics tools (Google). We also share it when the law requires us to. We do not pass your enquiry to listed professionals unless you ask us to. If you report a professional, we may share the details of the complaint with them so they can respond. If you report a recovery scam, we may share it with law enforcement.

Our providers may store data in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

We keep enquiries for 24 months, complaint records for 6 years, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete the data or anonymise it.

Depending on the state you live in, you can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it for targeted advertising.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Ask for your data in a portable format.
• Not be treated differently for using these rights. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.

We use essential cookies to make the site work. When analytics is enabled, Google Tag Manager may set cookies that measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features may then stop working.

All traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS, and only staff who need personal data can access it. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial details through the contact form.
