Corechain is an information directory. We list independent attorneys, fraud examiners, blockchain analysts and victim advocates who help people affected by fraud, and we publish details of their verification, ratings and reviews.

Corechain does not recover funds, investigate cases or give legal, financial or tax advice. We are not a law firm, a bank or a government agency, and we do not hold, move or guarantee any money.

Whether lost money can be recovered depends on how it was sent, how quickly it was reported and where it went. Nothing on this site, including the Recovery outlook panel, is a promise or prediction that any money will be returned.

Always report fraud to your bank or payment provider and to the official channels listed on the site, such as the DSSI's CCS and the FTC. These are free.

Listed professionals are independent. They are not employees, partners or agents of Corechain. Any engagement is a contract between you and the professional alone, on the terms you agree with them.

Verification shows that a professional met our checks when we carried them out. It is not a guarantee of future conduct or results. Check a professional's licence yourself with the issuing body if you are unsure.

To stay listed, professionals must not:

• Guarantee that money will be recovered.
• Charge an upfront fee calculated as a share of money not yet returned.
• Ask to be paid in cryptocurrency, gift cards or by wire to a personal account.
• Claim to act for, or be endorsed by, a government agency.
• Offer to “hack back” or otherwise access accounts without legal authority.

When you work with a listed professional, you agree to:

• Agree the fee and the scope of work in writing before any work starts.
• Give accurate information about what happened.
• Never share passwords, private keys or seed phrases with anyone, including listed professionals.
• Report the fraud to the relevant official channels yourself.

Reviews must describe a real, closed engagement and be honest. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive, contain personal data, or come from someone with a conflict of interest. We do not remove reviews just because they are negative.

Report problems to support@corechainsolution.com. We respond within one business day, investigate every report, and may suspend or remove a listing. We are not responsible for fees paid or losses suffered under an agreement between you and a professional.

You must not:

• Scrape, copy or republish the directory without written permission.
• Impersonate a listed professional or Corechain staff.
• Use the site for fraud or any other unlawful purpose, including contacting victims to offer recovery services.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the site.

To the extent permitted by law, Corechain is not liable for any loss arising from engagements with listed professionals, from reliance on information on the site, or from temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Corechain name, logo, design and content belong to Corechain Solution LLC. Professionals' names and trademarks belong to their owners.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
